Following the establishment of our technical office by Nikolaos V. Konidaris in the early 1990s, we began our activity in the construction of multi-storey buildings and private projects in the greater area of Attica.

The experience gained from the design, construction and real estate development of the buildings was passed on to Vissarion and Afroditi-Maria Konidaris with their participation in the office’s projects.
