Project details

Located at “​Metaxourgio”, a very popular area at the center of Athens, this small but comfortable apartment built in 1966 was deeply renovated in 2022 to provide short term accommodation to travelers.

Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room areas were reconstructed, as well as the electrical and plumbing installations which were replaced by new.

Also, the wooden exterior frames were replaced by aluminum ones with double energy glazing, while the mosaic and wooden floors were preserved through deep maintenance.
