Project details

Located at the area of ​Voula, a 161 sq.m. apartment built in 1975 was deeply renovated in 2023.

The interior was rearranged to either unify or create new spaces thus achieving maximum functionality in the apartment.

The materials used for the bathrooms, floors and kitchen are of the highest standards and of European origin.

Heating is provided by a new underfloor heating system whereas for cooling a new multi-zone VRF cooling system is used.
