Project details

At the foothills of Mount Hymettus, a seven-storey building with underground floor and a planted roof was constructed during 2022-2024. The building consists of eight apartments, four of which are maisonettes, eight storage rooms and nine parking spaces.

The technical characteristics of the building include:

• ETEM external aluminum thermal insulated frames with double energy glazing, screens & roller shutters
• ROTH underfloor heating system using a MIDEA energy efficient heat pump
• Cooling system using MIDEA energy efficient heat pump and fan coil units (FCU)
• Domestic hot water provided by solar system and heat pump

• Italian kitchen furniture from STOSA
• Italian Bedroom wardrobes from CINQUANTA3
• Sanitary and bathroom furniture from GROHE and GEBERIT
• Glass balcony railings
• Car charger for each parking space
