Located in Vathy village at Meganisi island, a complex of 8 furnished apartments was constructed for touristic accommodation during 2020-2022.

The architectural concept is a combination of traditional and modern architecture so that the external adapts to the local building environment and the interior provides the residents with comfort and privacy.

In the surrounding area, the formation of “microclimate” with the necessary planting is vital so that high temperatures do not develop during the summer months.
