Large-scale renovation
Duplex housing in Voula, Attica
The owners' wish was to separate their two-storey house of 255.00 sq.m. in two independent horizontal properties on the ground floor and the first floor. For this purpose, a new staircase was constructed within the building and the interior was fully renovated so that two independent and modern apartments emerged that meet the owners’ needs.
The project included the reconstruction of the electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations, the construction of new bathrooms and kitchen areas as well as the redesign of the patio.
Small scale renovation
Apartment in Voula, Attica
The owner's wish was the radical renovation of a small apartment and its expansion so it can be spacious. The works included the dismantling of the existing floor and interior masonry, the construction of new interior and exterior walls, the replacement of all electromechanical and plumbing installations, the installation of a new floor, the installation of external & internal frames as well as the construction of a new bathroom, a kitchen area and new wardrobes.
Apartment in Pagrati area
Considering its age and location in an area that has been particularly popular with tourists in recent years for short-term leasing (“AirBnB type”), the owner decided to undergo a major renovation for commercial exploitation of this property.
The works included the integration of the living room with the kitchen, the reconstruction of the bathroom and the bedroom, the reconstruction of the electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations, the reconstruction of the floor finish as well as the replacement of the doors and windows.
Non-domestic refurbishment
Shop in Neos Kosmos area
The purpose of the renovation was to turn an old car upholstery workshop into a modern store with hand-made products. The works included the complete demolition of the interior and the construction of new electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations, the redesign of the space by creating an exhibition area on the ground floor and a workshop in the attic. As part of the project the façade was redesigned to fit into the shop’s character.
